Power and style

Vi estas imagens no site da Vogue e, como mulher, não fiquei indiferente. Retratos de elegância aliada a poder (nem sempre directo, embora toda a gente saiba que por trás de um grande homem está sempre uma grande mulher!), o lado mais feminino, mais maternal e sensível de mulheres que estamos habituados a ver de um modo mais formal.

A famosa obra "O Grito" de Edvard Munch foi ontem vendida pela módica quantia de 91 milhões de euros! Disputada por sete potenciais compradores (ainda há gente muuuuiitttooo rica, não há?!) e vendida em apenas 12 minutos!Por muito que reconheça que é uma obra intemporal (embora haja quatro versões da mesma!), acho um bocadinho a cair para o exagero...

The famous paint "The Scream" of Edvard Munch was sold yesterday for the modest sum of 91 million euros! The auction was played by seven potential buyers (there are veeerrryyy rich people out there, don't you think?) and the paint was sold in just 12 minutes! As much as I recognize it is a timeless work (although there are four versions of it!), I think it's a little bit of exaggeration...
